At Souvenirtopia, we partner with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand service, to produce and ship your unique travel-inspired gifts and souvenirs. All items are made to order, which allows us to offer a wide variety of custom products while minimizing waste.
Order Processing and Production Time Your order is printed and prepared fresh after purchase. Production typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), depending on the product and current order volume. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it’s shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The size, weight, and quantity of items in your order
- The selected shipping method (if options are available)
We use real-time rates from Printify’s network of global print providers and carriers to ensure fair pricing. Rates vary by destination—domestic (US) shipping often starts around $4-8 for the first item, with discounts for additional items. International rates are higher due to customs and distance.
No hidden fees: The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times start after production is complete and vary by location and carrier:
- United States: 3-7 business days for standard shipping (total: 5-12 business days from order date)
- International: 7-20+ business days, depending on the country and customs processing
These are estimates only—delays can occur due to high demand, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We recommend ordering early for gifts or events!
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions We ship worldwide! However, some remote areas or countries may have limited carrier options or additional fees (e.g., duties/taxes for international orders—these are the buyer’s responsibility).
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (60 days for international), please contact us at support@souvenirtopia.com. We’ll work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue.
